BRIEF BACKGROUND
In March 2007, I was contacted by a member of the committee that was encouraging all the plot owners to sell their properties to the bank and developer. During the initial several contact sessions I refused but later agreed to sell so that the planned township establishment project for affordable housing can be developed in Estoire.
In April 2008, I resigned from work expecting the proceeds of the transaction to go full time into business. Little did I know that the law firm representing the developer had planned to rob me of all the proceeds.
